Xone Updates | April 2025

Dear!
As night falls and time drifts into the early hours, the airborne fortress Xone gently sways above the mist.
With a soft click, the weather vane atop the mast shifts direction—signaling the start of a new month. 🌃
Below the hull, the chain-linked city sleeps soundly beneath a scatter of lights.
On deck, the on-duty Node Engineer notes the newly confirmed uptime, a slight smile forming on their lips: the fluctuations have finally stabilized.
And so, this month’s story begins with a quiet, yet deeply encouraging, test pass…
April TL;DR
-
Core Optimizations: With new participants joining the ecosystem, we’ve optimized the underlying architecture—resulting in improved TPS (transactions per second). Along the way, we also enhanced many unexpected areas.
-
Product Updates: Guided by our roadmap, we’ve redesigned the official website to reflect a refreshed visual style. To support global expansion, we added multilingual support to both the website and faucet. We’ve also introduced blog content into the official documentation. Meanwhile, the block explorer now supports both REST API and GraphQL. Even more exciting is the release of the first version of the BVI client. While participation in BVI isn't yet available, it’s something worth waiting for—it will be arriving soon.
-
Bug Fixes: We fixed issues with data downloads in the block explorer, as well as problems related to contract read/write functionality and data charting.
-
Noteworthy: The official Bridge and Wallet now support mainnet operations—and of course, we’re continuously rolling out updates to enhance the user experience. Products like Swap and Payment have also officially joined our suite.
-
On the business side: We’ve migrated our open-source code repositories. If you're interested, feel free to explore them on our GitHub organization.
🛠 Under-the-Hood Performance Boost
Over the past period, we conducted a thorough and comprehensive review of the core codebase and Cosmos SDK, followed by targeted upgrades based on the current business context.
🍾 The product is brand new
- We redesigned the official website’s UI & UX, incorporating more of what we envision and aim to express.
- The faucet and official website now support multiple languages, laying the groundwork for better global expansion and business growth.
- The launch of the Xone Blog strengthens our connection with you—offering a space where you can stay up to date on what we’ve done, what’s happening now, and what’s coming next.
- For developers, we’ve added support for both REST API and GraphQL. to XoneScan, making it easier and more efficient to build on Xone.
- We’re excited to share that the initial version of the Xone BVI client interface has been developed, along with its core presentation logic. While this is a large and complex undertaking, the first version will be aligned with Xone’s global site navigation standards. One thing is certain—BVI will officially launch in an upcoming release cycle.
🐞 Bug fixes
- If you need to perform data analysis or download data, you can do so via the data download features supported by the block explorer.
- For deployed contracts requiring online contract read/write operations, we’ve completed the necessary fixes. Please note that when publishing a contract, it must be open-source verified before interactions can proceed.
